Dark moon smile

Light drilled a hole,
into the darkness whole.
The door creaked in pain,
still gave way in vain.
Dark moon smile on her face,
sharp tune lurked in space,
heart eloped and brain roped
as I hoped and hopped.
Her smile waned,
into tears as it rained.
With chained reason; petrified,
my mind's lesion rectified.
Her tears turned red,
and slowly it spread.
Hiding my vision,
riding on intuition.
Now me eye to eye,
nowhere left to hide,
saw in amazement
my own specimen
